Exchange and Returns
Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a great pity and we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.
You can return the order for up to 30 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 1-3 working days after receipt of the return shipment.
Easy returns in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Request a return label via klantenservice@nancyhomestore.nl
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items with the return label pasted over the old label. Do not stickducttape on the box, only clear tape or adhesive tape. Make sure you keep the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace code. As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your account
When we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 1-3 working days.
